What is Technology Process Management?

Technology Process Management (TPM) is just what it sounds like, the management of technology processes! Olive takes up the technology processes that our clients need to outsource due to a lack of resources, time, or a specific skill set requirement. Our current projects that fall under TPM include our services as a Managed Services Platform (MSP) and eBook conversions. Additionally, Olive values its ability to adapt and be flexible, as we have often taken up projects for clients with unique requirements and processes to manage.

What type of services do you offer?

eBook Conversions  - Our eBook process begins when Olive receives a copy of a publication from a client via file transfer. Olive’s eBook team then converts it into a wide range of specialized electronic formats. This is accomplished by taking the file through numerous stages with quality checks at each step to ensure the original manuscript is unchanged.
