Chief Financial Officer - To conduct and co-ordinate company audits, ensure compliance with State and Federal tax statutes, monitor financial activities, direct financial statements, taxes and business activity returns. Interact with CPA to prepare and file company tax returns. Direct company pricing of technical services. Requires frequent travel within US.
Education: Master's in Business, Finance, Computer Science or Information Systems.
Work Experience: 5 years progressive work experience in business management and/or finance within IT industry. Extensive knowledge of IT sector.

Position2:
Project Manager/ScrumMaster – Experienced Project Manager to take the role of ScrumMaster and Corporate Liaison. This person will represent Olive onsite at client’s location in Colorado Springs and manage an offshore software and web development team based in Hyderabad, India.
As ScrumMaster this person will be working closely with the Product Owner in developing priority tasks and maximizing return on investment, ensuring the offshore team is fully functional and productive, and following the Agile process for daily scrum meetings and for sprint planning and review meetings.
Strong communication and organizational skills are needed, along with a positive attitude. Also needed is a willingness to travel to Hyderabad, India a few times a year for short visits.
Education: B.S. degree or higher in Computer Science; PMP Certificate is a plus
Work Experience:
• 5+ years software development / systems engineering
• 2+ years managing software development projects
• Agile development methodology
• .Net, SharePoint, MS Commerce, JD Edwards, web hosting platforms
