Security Matters – ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Certified

At Olive Technology we submit ourselves to external verification of our internal security policies and procedures through the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification requires that we comply with established standardized security practices.

Three Stages of Verification:

  1. Informal review of our internal security policies and procedures – Completed by Olive.
  2. Formal compliance process in which Olive Technology was independently audited to verify that we were in compliance with
    established industry best practices in securing technology assets and IP – Completed.
  3. Ongoing stage that involves follow-up reviews and audits to assure ongoing compliance.

Microsoft Certified Partner

Olive Technology is a Microsoft Certified Partner. This means that we have 24/7 access to Microsoft, and we are able to quickly resolve any issues that arise as we’re implementing your solution. This status also assures that Olive Technology is able to quickly deliver well designed Microsoft-based solutions. To become a Microsoft Certified Partner, a company must have been in business for at least 5 years and must pass several evaluations designed to demonstrate competency with Microsoft technologies.

 

Colorado Springs Chamber & EDC 

Being a member of the Colorado Springs Chamber and EDC connects Olive Technology with the business community in its headquarters city. Membership provides access to local networking events with community business leaders. The Chamber & EDC also advocates for government officials in the State of Colorado and the U.S.
government to make decisions that improve the Colorado Springs business climate. Most importantly, the Chamber
& EDC membership helps show that Olive is an established business in Colorado Springs.

The BBB accreditation recognizes that a business meets the accreditation standards of BBB, which include a commitment to make a good faith effort to resolve any consumer complaints. The Code is built on the BBB Standards for Trust, eight principles that summarize important elements of creating and maintaining trust in to
business, which include building trust, advertise honestly, tell the truth, be transparent, honor promises,be respo-
nsive, safeguard privacy and embody integrity.
